In addition to our technical calligraphy workshops, we also offer private parties for groups or individuals wishing to learn hand-lettering. These private parties are a unique idea for birthday parties, bachelorette parties, or a friendly get-together.

Brush Calligraphy Workshop

Brush Calligraphy Workshop

Brush Calligraphy is a creative style of writing using a brush calligraphy marker! The Brush Calligraphy Class covers basic calligraphy letter formation through drills, alphabet, and word practice. The class uses a modern alphabet and brush calligraphy pens. Included in the cost of the class is a 20+ page workbook, two brush calligraphy pens, and instruction. No experience necessary to attend. Great for ages 9 and up.

Beginner Calligraphy Class

Beginner Calligraphy Workshop

Learn calligraphy with this class designed for beginners. You will learn how to prepare a nib for use, place a nib into a nib holder, and write with a nib and ink using a modern calligraphy method. Included in your registration, you’ll receive: 1 nib, 1 nib holder, 1 jar of black ink, calligraphy grade paper, and exemplar worksheets, not to mention two hours of instruction. If you’ve wanted to learn calligraphy, now is your chance! This class is great for ages 12-99.
